Delaware’s calorie labeling bill, SB 81 w/SA 5, has been assigned to the House Economic Development, Banking, and Insurance Committee after passing the Senate before the budget break. The AHA, our coalition partners and our fantastic You're the Cure advocates have been actively communicating with committee members and chairman our strong desire to see this bill heard expeditiously following the full Assembly’s return following the break.
