The Ohio Supreme Court hearing date for the Smoke Free Ohio Case will be October 19, 2011 at 9am. Oral arguments will be given in Hillsboro in Highland County. If you are in the area or just want to watch in person, you are more than welcome. For everyone else, the hearing should be available at www.ohiochannel.org, which will have live streaming.
