“Go Red From the Heart,” a 30-minute television special, will air Saturday, Aug. 29 at 4 p.m. (EST) and Wednesday, Sept. 2 at 5 p.m. (EST) on The Word Network. Hosted by Lexi Allen of “One on One with Lexi” and featuring Andrea Baptiste (from the first season of “The Biggest Loser”), Chef Delilah Winder (author of Delilah’s Everyday Soul: Southern Cooking With Style) and Dr. Ruby Nucklos (of “Ask The Expert” on ABC-Channel 13 in Toledo, Ohio), the show speaks candidly to African-American women about heart disease, risk factors and the importance of making healthy lifestyle choices.
